Marina is tourist destination and small harbor consisting of family houses in the vicinity of the central Dalmatian city of Trogir, (12 km to the west) on the main road Split- Sibenik.

Marina was the summer residence of the Trogir's bishops. Once the island, in the creek, it was errected a powerful tower there. Today, the tower is on the dry land and it was rennovated repreducing its original form, from the 1972. Beside this city tower we reccomend to visit the Gotis-Reneissance church of St. John and the Gotic church of St. Luke.

Family houses follow one another along the coast with numerous creeks. There are sandy and pebble beaches there great for children and family holidays, while pine and olive trees provide plenty of shade during the hottest part of the day.

There are several restaurants that offer recently caught fish and excellent local wines. The bay is protected from unfavorable winds and is therefore popular with boaters who have 140 berths at their disposal.

Here you can experience something else beside a simple rest, we recommend water sports, primarily sailing, diving or sports fishing to sports lovers. Should you rent a boat or yacht make sure to explore the secluded bays in the surroundings. Split, Trogir and Primosten offer plenty of entertainment and cultural events. The same stand if you like modern night life: casinos, night bars and discos.
