UHPA members, beside satisfying the conditions for the establishment and operation of a travel agency established by the Croatian law on tourist activities and implementing regulations, must agree to adhere to and operate in accordance with the regulations of the Constitution and the UHPA Body and to the rules of professional and ethical behavior in work and operating in tourism. UHPA is a member of the international associations of travel agencies and tuoroperators: ECTA, UFTAA, ASTA, DRV, ORV.

To Islands Travel represents only accomodation units that have a permit of the croatian tourist offices and have work permission.

To Islands Travel is a mediator in any eventual conflict that could happen between the owner and guests and we will try to solve the problems that could happen. We would like to point out that in 7 years of working, there was no need to resolve the dispute on court.

To Islands Travel has, according to Croatian laws, an agreed insurance policy at Allianz d.d. that could cover an eventual damage that would appear to our clients. Up to 300,000,00 HRK (cca 40.000,00 Eura)of damages are covered.

To Islands Travel offers to all its clients a travel-health insurance package, and an insurance from travel cancellation on behalf of its partner Allianz d.d.
